Filmmaking
Blood Symmetry is a mystery driven by paranoia and fear, a man sits alone in a room, terrified of something unseen, before we glimpse a future version of him who is strangely calm. The film pieces together his life and identity through a tense process of revelation and psychological unraveling. Ultimately, it becomes an exploration of the fear of identity, as he waits in a motel for the arrival of what he dreads most.
Another proof-of-concept short designed to explore the tone, characters, and world of an accompanying feature script. Set in a town decaying year by year, forgotten and untouched by time, the story follows five young adults investigating a wave of unexplainable disappearances and strange occurrences. As conspiracies and cult forces begin to surface, they are pulled deeper into a mystery that tests the strength of the friendships they've shared since childhood.
Our most ambitious project. An entire bunker set was built from the ground up inside a production studio, its walls first constructed in a friend's garage, then rapidly assembled as we shot nearly the entire film over two sleepless days. Set against a re-imagined collapse of the Soviet Union, the story marked a departure from our earlier work, leaning on dialogue to propel the narrative, with thematic scope that can expand into a feature. Accepted into the 2025 Richmond International Film Festival.
A proof-of-concept short film designed to showcase the shape and tone of our first ready-to-shoot feature script. The feature was written for a $50K budget. With the support of a family friend, we funded a trip to Los Angeles and shot the film with a talented local crew.
Our first short film follows a young woman trapped in a relentless dream loop. As each cycle unfolds, fragments of awareness begin to surface, but when the moment of waking finally comes, will she recognize it? Built on ambiguous, subjective reality, the film uses disorientation to drive narrative tension, a hallmark of our storytelling style. Nominated for Best First-Time Filmmaker at the Prague International Indie Film Festival.
