Crime of the OutMan

A proof of concept for our first feature. The script was written for a $25-30K budget. A family friend funded a trip to LA where we shot the proof of concept with a talented crew.

The Story

Our first feature was always meant to be 'Crimes of the OutMan'. We wrote it believe with maybe 25-30k we could traverse the streets with a few actors and inspired friends and create a feature film. And while the script had been written. We had a family friend give us a few thousand dollars to fly to LA to shoot the proof of concept.

Once again, we were still green, knowing more than before, and now having an extremely talented crew around us. We took on the adventure of shooting a proof of concept on a TRUE production. And we would say we were quite pleased with how it turned out.

And while other projects have since called our name. The idea of spending a month shooting the feature has still lingered in the back of our minds over the years.
