Waiting Below

The Story

We have shot nearly a dozen short films, many of which never see the light of day. And one thing that is consistent across them is that we never try to tell stories that would not challenge us in both scope and depth. Waiting Below was our most ambitious project. Written to be shot over a weekend.

We spent two sleepless days and nights building an ENTIRE bunker in a local production studio due to their graciousness. And then 2 days filming what would be 25 minutes of story. It was absolutely exhilarating unlike anything else. But incredibly challenging, which we love.

We can say we truly pushed the boundaries of what we wanted to achieve. And while we haven't submitted to festivals, we believe the story holds up.
