Raw, intimate, handheld. A three-part music video series for an emerging artist, shot in one continuous visual language.
Watch NowFrequency began as a conversation between the director and a local musician about what it means to make art in a place most people leave. The concept was simple: three songs, three videos, one visual thread connecting them all.
Pre-production was lean and fast. The director scouted locations on foot over two weekends, mapping natural light windows and ambient sound environments. The artist's daily routine became the visual backbone of the series.
With a skeleton crew of four, the approach was built around trust and spontaneity. No shot lists. No storyboards. Just a shared understanding of mood and a commitment to capturing something real.
